185–187 Caledonian Road
Full building renovation of a mixed-use commercial and residential property on the Caledonian Road. Facade overhaul, shopfront replacement, roof renewal, and internal fit-out across four floors.
The Chippenham Hotel
Heritage facade restoration of a Victorian corner pub in Maida Vale. Full external repaint, masonry restoration, ironwork refurbishment, and signage renewal. Works completed while the venue remained trading.
Mansard Roof Extension
New-build mansard roof extension to a Georgian mid-terrace. Structural works, lead flat roof, dormer windows, and rooftop terrace with planting. Planning-approved design completed on programme.
Commercial Shopfront Refurbishment
Full shopfront replacement for a commercial unit in Camden. Steel frame, glazed panels, new fascia, and redecoration. Works completed overnight to minimise disruption to the trading operation.
Period Flat Renovation
Full internal refurbishment of a first-floor flat in a period Westminster mansion block. Herringbone engineered oak flooring, wainscoting, replastering, bathroom renovation, and full redecoration throughout.
